1.  What is Today® Center Multimedia?

Today® Center multimedia is personalized, professionally-produced print and video products, to help you celebrate events, mark important occasions, or tell Life Stories®. The Today® Center utilizes the trademark Life Story® multimedia to preserve stories for future generations, including births, anniversaries, funerals and much more.

2.  There isn't a Today® Center in my area. Can you still help me?

Yes. Many of the features of the Todaycenter.com site are relevant for anyone, regardless of their home town, including our suite of multimedia products. For information on how you can help bring a Today® Center location to your city, email info@TodayCenter.com.

3.  Can the Today® Center help with an event that's not listed?

Yes. Whatever the event, occasion or milestone in your life, the Today® Center can help you save stories and make them special. Our multimedia products are completely personalized, so we can tailor them to fit your needs.

4.  Where can I see samples of the multimedia?

Examples of Life Story® Multimedia can be found in the Multimedia section of this site, then by clicking on the appropriate link to the products you are interested in. To view physical samples, please visit a Today® Center near you. You can view our locations from the About Us section.

5.  I started a Life Event plan, but received an error message before I completed it. What should I do?

First, try hitting the 'Back' arrow on your browser. If that doesn't work, you may need to start the process again. We apologize if you've lost any information, but many factors can contribute to this problem, including dropped internet connections and timed-out sessions.

1.  How do I add a listing to the Communities?

To add a listing, simply click the 'Add a Listing' button on the appropriate listings page. Then fill out the pertinent information, and click 'OK'. You may be asked to login to your Todaycenter.com account, if you haven't already.

2.  How do I create a Community Page?

To create a Community Page for a business or organization, please email info@TodayCenter.com and request one to be created. We offer Community Pages as a service to our visitors and their communities, and we reserve the right to deny requests for Community Pages, or to remove existing pages at any time. Businesses and organizations may also request premium Community Pages, allowing for more photos and information, as well as premier placement on the Todaycenter.com site.

3.  Why can't I find the Community Page I'm looking for?

If you are unable to locate a Community Page you are seeking, it may be because the page hasn't been created, has been removed from the site, or the search criteria you entered is incorrect. Try refining your search criteria.

4.  How do I contribute to a Community Page?

First, make sure you are logged in to your Todaycenter.com account, and then navigate to the Community Page you wish to contribute to. Then click on any of the "edit" links and fill in the information. When you're finished, simply click "OK."

5.  There aren't any listings for my zip code. How do I request listings?

To add listings for your zip code, simply click "Add a listing," from the menu on your Today® My Page. You will be asked to enter the zip code for the listing, followed by the pertinent information. To request more listings for your zip code, email info@TodayCenter.com. The best way is to encourage your friends and family to add listings for your zip code.

1.  How do I create a Today® Page?

To create a Today® Page, you must first register for a free account at Todaycenter.com. Click here or "Register" from the home page to begin. Once your member account is active, you can login to the Today® My Page created for you. Simply follow the easy-to-use steps on your My Page to create an Event Page.

2.  How do I upload photos?

To upload photos to your My Page or Event Page, click on the "Photocenter" tab on your My Page. Once in Photocenter you will be given more detailed instructions on uploading photos.

3.  Why can't others see my Today® Pages?

If your friends and family are having difficulty locating your Today® Pages, check your privacy settings on the "Page Permissions" link from the edit Today® Page section. You may have inadvertently made them private to anyone but yourself. If that isn't the case, they may be searching incorrectly, or need to broaden or narrow their search. If the problem persists, please contact the todaycenter.com help desk by emailing info@TodayCenter.com.

4.  Why can't I find my Today® Pages?

Make sure you have logged in to your Todaycenter.com account. When you login, you will be immediately directed to your "My Page." In the left-hand column, you will see your Today® Event Pages listed. If no pages are listed, it is possible an error occurred when you created them. Click "Create Today® Event Page" to try again. You can also search for your pages without logging in to your account, using the search function.

  5. Why can't I find others' Today® Pages?

If you're unable to locate your family member's or friend's Today® Page, you may need to refine your search. Also, make sure they have also set their privacy permissions to include public viewing; they may have inadvertently set their pages to private.

1.   Are Today® Pages free?

Yes, most Today® Pages are completely free. There is no charge to create a Today® My Page, or Event Pages. In addition, the Today® Community Pages are also free; however, there are also "premium" Community Pages available for purchase, which allow for greater storage space and increased visibility on the site. For more information about premium Community Pages, email info@TodayCenter.com.

2.  How do I report abuse on Todaycenter.com?

It's impossible to monitor every post, message or photo uploaded to Todaycenter.com. If you are being harassed or offended by another Todaycenter.com member, we encourage you to report the abuse immediately, by emailing info@TodayCenter.com. We will make every effort to prevent abuse from taking place, and from stopping it should it occur. As we state in our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to revoke membership at any time.

3.  How do I cancel my Todaycenter.com membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time, simply email info@todaycenter.com or call the Today® Center at 1-877-965-7200. You may be asked a few questions regarding your account for verification purposes. Your Today® My Page and Event Pages will remain on the system. You may create a new membership at any time.

4.  How do I delete Today® Pages?

If you have created a Today® Page you no longer have use for, or have created duplicate pages inadvertently. You can email info@todaycenter.com and your page will be deleted from the system. Be sure to include the email address of the account you used to create the page and the name of the page that has been created. You may be contacted through email by TodayCenter.com for verification.

5.  There are features on Todaycenter.com that aren't active yet. Can you let me know when they are?

Of course! To learn about new features added to the site, simply click on 'Email me updates' located on your Today® My Page. You will be asked for your user name and password, and you will then receive information about new Todaycenter.com features as they happen. To unsubscribe from this service, simply follow the link included in each email notification.
